After knowing the reason, I finally know why you asked me to choose my choice wisely.. I guess you don't wanna see me suffer in AES because no matter how hard you train or how much effort you put in, you won't see a change in AES ppl..I once told my mentor that the reason why I joined VI course is because I want to help relief the burden of my YO.. I don't want her to get stressed up with RC work.. I no managing RC alone is tough.. Plus A and J all left , don't want come back and help.. When this happened , I felt upset for her too.. So taxing to managing such a big unit alone.. That's when I decided to go for VI course.. Yeah, now that I know you're not in charge of RC anymore, I feel that it is pointless for me to remain in RC.. When I was still having my course, I always look forward to complete my course and work with you.. I want to know how is the feeling like to plan with you.. Although I always quarreled with you for the past few months or years over trivial matters, disagree with each other, but there is still learning point taken.. I can still remember during 1 of the training, juniors asked me :" why miss wong never come down for debrief anymore?!?!" This prove how important you're to them.. But no matter what, I want you to no how important you are to most of the cadets here.. Hopefully I can convinced you stay until next year.. Until you leave AES.. as you know, our current teachers really very weak.. They are not really firm with the cadets.. And I dont think the cadets will respect them.. However for you is different.. You has the fierce look, skills and knowledge.. So she will be of great help to AESRCY.. Let me share smth with you.. Actually all of us share the same issue.. Not onli you, what about A and J?? They felt that AESRCY cadets hard to train.. No matter how much effort they put it, the cadets didn't improve.. Hey!! Honestly speaking, they did tell me to give up on AESRCY and concentrate on other units.. I didn't give up easily.. What I told them was, give me some time.. I believe I am able to change them.. I try to prove many of them wrong.. However, you, yourself, gave up.. If we can, why not we train them together?? I dun believe there won't be any improvement made.. However, I went back last Wednesday to train them.. I put in a lot of effort to train them, I hope my effort will prove those ex VIs wrong.. Though at the start they were so dead, I don't see any light in them, but as time past, I think they did improve.. Not onli I see a change in them, even our teachers see a change in them.. Yes, miss lim was right.. You has your area of expertise. So long as both of us dun get too emo, then things should turn out to be fine.. So ya, like you said, I can't manage 2 units alone.. Surely i need someone to support me.. Don't give up on them so easily k?, I'm now here to help you out too.. So I'm trying my best convince you to stay with us.. I hope we can work together to make our unit soar to greater heights. I don't mind the hardship... Seriously...? |
